Cục Quản lý thị trường tỉnh Kiên Giang phát hiện một số doanh nghiệp xăng dầu vẫn duy trì giá bán cũ bất chấp mức giá do liên Bộ Tài chính - Công Thương điều chỉnh.
Chiều 21/7, liên Bộ Tài chính - Công Thương tiến hành điều chỉnh giá bán lẻ xăng dầu theo chu kỳ 10 ngày/lần. Đây là lần giảm thứ 3 của mặt hàng này sau 7 kỳ tăng liên tục.
Cụ thể, xăng E5 RON 92 giảm 2.710 đồng/lít xuống còn 25.070 đồng/lít, xăng RON 95 giảm 3.600 đồng/lít xuống 26.070 đồng/lít. Tương tự, dầu diesel giảm hơn 1.000 đồng/lít xuống 25.200 đồng/lít, dầu hỏa giảm 1.100 đồng/lít xuống còn 25.240 đồng/lít.
Giá xăng E5 RON 92 và RON 95 đã giảm khoảng 20% so với mức đỉnh ghi nhận vào ngày 21/6. Hiện hai loại nhiên liệu đang được bán với giá tương đương giai đoạn cuối tháng 2.
Tuy vậy, qua quá trình rà soát, Đoàn kiểm tra Đội Quản lý Thị trường (QLTT) số 7 cùng Đội QLTT số 1 đã phát hiện 2 doanh nghiệp kinh doanh xăng dầu trên địa bàn huyện Giồng Riềng, Kiên Giang vẫn niêm yết xăng RON 95 ở mức 30.260 đồng/lít (giá bán trước kỳ điều chỉnh ngày 21/7).
Cơ quan chức năng đã lập biên bản vi phạm hành chính với 2 doanh nghiệp về hành vi niêm yết giá bán lẻ xăng dầu không đúng với giá do thương nhân phân phối xăng dầu quy định và tiếp tục củng cố hồ sơ để xử lý.
Trước đó, Đội QLTT số 2 cũng phát hiện, xử lý một doanh nghiệp kinh doanh xăng dầu trên địa bàn huyện Hòn Đất với sai phạm như trên.
Tại các tỉnh như Bình Thuận, Sơn La, cơ quan quản lý cũng xử phạt hành chính một số cửa hàng xăng dầu niêm yết giá không đúng quy định.
Mới đây, UBND tỉnh Tây Ninh quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính số tiền gần 900 triệu đồng với CTCP đầu tư Triều Võ Petro (địa chỉ tại số 74, Nguyễn Cửu Đàm, Phường Tân Sơn Nhì, Quận Tân Phú, TP.HCM) do có hành vi bán xăng dầu có chất lượng không phù hợp quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia.
Qua kiểm tra, lấy mẫu và thử nghiệm, chất lượng xăng của doanh nghiệp này không đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn cho phép. Đáng chú ý. Số lượng xăng vi phạm của Triều Võ Petro lên tới 11.000 lít.
Cục QLTT Kiên Giang khuyến cáo người dân khi phát hiện các cửa hàng bán lẻ xăng dầu có dấu hiệu vi phạm về niêm yết giá, các quy định trong kinh doanh xăng dầu…cần kịp thời phản ảnh, thông tin đến đường dây nóng của Cục, Đội QLTT để kịp thời kiểm tra, xử lý hành vi vi phạm.
