Tỉnh ủy Quảng Ninh vừa kỷ luật bằng hình thức khai trừ khỏi Đảng đối với nguyên Trưởng Ban Quản lý vịnh Hạ Long, do liên quan loạt sai phạm trong đấu thầu, đầu tư.Ngày 4/8, thông tin từ Ủy ban Kiểm tra Trung ương cho biết, Tỉnh ủy Quảng Ninh đã quyết định thi hành kỷ luật bằng hình thức Khai trừ khỏi Đảng đối với ông Phạm Hồng Hà, nguyên Bí thư Đảng ủy Ban Quản lý vịnh Hạ Long (nhiệm kỳ 2015-2020), nguyên Trưởng Ban Quản lý vịnh Hạ Long (giai đoạn 2016-2020).

Theo Tỉnh ủy Quảng Ninh, trong thời gian giữ chức vụ Bí thư Đảng ủy Ban Quản lý vịnh Hạ Long, Trưởng Ban Quản lý vịnh Hạ Long, ông Phạm Hồng Hà đã vi phạm nguyên tắc tập trung dân chủ, nguyên tắc tự phê bình và phê bình; làm trái quy định của Nhà nước về đấu thầu, quản lý đầu tư; bản thân và một số cán bộ, nhân viên thuộc quyền bị xử lý hình sự.

Đồng thời, Ủy ban Kiểm tra Tỉnh ủy Quảng Ninh đã ra quyết định thi hành kỷ luật cảnh cáo đối với ông Vũ Hùng Thắng và ông Lương Ái Phật, nguyên Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Huyện ủy, nguyên Phó Chủ tịch UBND huyện Tiên Yên.
Ông Vũ Hùng Thắng và ông Lương Ái Phật đã có những vi phạm, khuyết điểm: Với cương vị là Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Huyện ủy, nguyên Phó Chủ tịch UBND huyện Tiên Yên giai đoạn 2010-2015 cả 2 ông đã thiếu trách nhiệm trong việc thực hiện chức trách, nhiệm vụ được giao, thay mặt UBND huyện Tiên Yên ký một số quyết định cho thuê đất không đúng quy định…
Vi phạm của 2 ông Vũ Hùng Thắng và Lương Ái Phật đã làm giảm hiệu lực, hiệu quả trong quản lý Nhà nước về đất đai; khó khăn trong khắc phục xử lý vi phạm; ảnh hưởng đến uy tín của tổ chức và cá nhân.
